Yellow Jackfruit Curry with Jasmine Rice

Whenever we see a vegan product at Trader Joe's, we must try it! This obviously wasn't as good as homemade Jackfruit curry, but it was good for a quick meal! Definitely more wholesome than most instant foods and it was pretty tasty!
