Dehydrated Rainbow Carrots Snack

So good. A much healthier version of chips. Just organic carrots and sea salt.

I think these taste really good. There’s a lot in the bag and the whole

bag is only 140 calories.

They’re not as vibrant as the bag, but still certainly a fun treat (and great

variation to the often beige snacks I indulge in.) The crunch is there, though without much other flavor I got tired of them quickly... maybe the solution is dipping them in something, just like I would with baby carrots!
