Panetto di tofu abbastanza grosso, da sgocciolare bene, di consistenza sbriciolosa e formaggiosa. L'ho fatto semplicemente con olio in padella e cosparso di semi di Chia. Amazing for cooking it in a lot of recipe as Amatriciana or Carbonara. Usually smoked tofu has got an high price but this one is affordable.

Letteralmente lo adoro!! Lo mangio sia crudo, il cui sapore mi ricorda la scamorza affumicata, sia saltato in padella. Purtroppo non è un prodotto fisso di lidl, ma spero lo diventerà presto.
