Plain #tofu! No mention about the firmness of it on the packaging but it has 70% soy and the rest is water. Taste is as you’d expect, it has that mild taste of soy. A great and simple product for any marinade or spices you’d like! The texture is good. Pretty firm and dense. Easy to slice and kept its shape very well. A little spongey which I find nice. Got a nice crisp to it when fried in a pan. The product is #palmoilfree, #glutenfree and #nutfree. Recyclable packaging and the brand is #climateneutral. The soy used is #organic for those of you that care about that. 💵~42 NOK at Kiwi. 270 grams of firm tofu naturell from helios . Tofu is so versatile. It can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, but firm tofu is most commonly used in savoury dishes. I usually buy bigger blocks of tofu in asian stores, but I’m glad they have it now in regular supermarkets.

I like the firm consistence of this tofu, perfect to fry and glace in the pan. Not too expensive, compared to what you an find in ordinary suoermarket.

Natural tofu. 70% tofu + water. Organic soya based tofu.

Dies ist mein Lieblingstofu. Die Konsistenz ist auch sehr gut.
