I forgot to take a photo of the tofu in the packaging but it was really just a block of plain tofu in a plastic wrapper 🤦🏻♀️ Anyway here's the final result in a very yummy tofu scramble. All proteined up for the day! Tofu itself was firm with very little moisture to press out so really nice to cook with. Will definitely buy this brand again.

Bought from The Peach Pip farm stall. It's a very good, but not so firm tofu that I used for cannelloni stuffing. Very delicious
