Tofu affumicato buonissimo, preso da ali Alìper. L’ho fatto in padella con delle verdure ma sinceramente è buono anche così com’è.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più a livello di sapore. Il prodotto è certamente di qualità, la consistenza è morbida, ma il prezzo purtroppo un po’ caro.
Ho trovato gradevole la consistenza ma come sapore sembrava tofu al naturale 😅 affumicatura davvero troppo troppo delicata, l'ho ripassato in padella per renderlo croccante e ho dovuto aggiungere altre erbe e spezie per insaporirlo

Prima volta che provavo il tofu e non mi è dispiaciuto affatto. L’ho marinato per 30 minuti nella salsa di soia e poi saltato in padella
