This product is just not for me. I typically enjoy nut based cheeses so
I thought it may be a winner with Almondmilk as the first ingredient, but it gives me the same sour ick that I get from most oil and starch based cheeses. The texture is really odd; it looks and feels like it has a thin gelatin coating on it and then spreads a bit crumbly. Between the sour taste and the texture I don’t think I can finish it.
I will give it props for delivering on the garlic and herb flavor. The flavors are pronounced.
If you like most vegan cheeses and enjoy a garlic/herb flavor it’s worth a try but if you are iffy on vegan cheeses I’d probably skip this one.
