Thai Style Spring Rolls

My mother-in-law got me these Spring rolls at Easter and we never ended up eating them. Then this week she came over and brought them for me. Which is so sweet that she kept them. I ended up putting them in the air fryer and ate 2 as a snack. And sadly they weren't that great, but the outside looked super appetizing, but the inside just didn't taste that great, it was very mushy. #thai #springroll I eat it with some hoisen sauce it was just solidly okay. I'm going to make Jesse eat the other two l o l. I am unsure of the price as it was a gift.

These spring rolls came out great in the air fryer and the sauce added a nice sweet touch. First time having spring rolls with tofu and I enjoyed it.

i really wanted to like these, but i just don’t. they crisp up good but they are quite soggy in the middle and the taste is just off for me

Pretty good for a gluten free product. Could use more veggies.

Meh.. I don’t think I’ll get these Lucky Foods Thai Style Spring Rolls again (I will try other kinds though!). Not anything bad on them, in fact my omni mom actually liked the rolls, just a personal preference cause I don’t love the thai flavors. If you’re into a more subtle yet earthy lemongrass / cabbage / green bean vibe, then you’ll enjoy these! Easy + quick to cook, the tofu is pretty well flavored if not a little mushy (not horribly though), and the nutrition seems pretty decent! Heads up - I did use a different sauce cause the sweet & sour provided was a bit too boring for me. 🍱
