When I saw this I knew I had to try it! So many vegetables, a little bit of noodles, and sauce all in one. As you can see there are A LOT of vegetables! When I ate this I split it up. So, I had the vegetables as a side salad with separate ginger dressing, and the noodles with teriyaki sauce and a separate vegan sausage. The noodles were okay just microwaved in the fridge like the instructions, but I will try heating them in a pan with a little bit of water next time.
