Tempeh

With the years I learned to appreciate this amazing food even on its own. I remember eating rijstafel in A'dam and always looking appreciating this Indonesian fermented food. Definitely one of my faves. Wrapped in plastic. #veganisnotscary

The best tempeh I have ever had, firm and with a delicate taste.
