I wouldn’t say that this calm, gentle scent evokes thoughts of Charity, but I bet it represents how she feels when she settles in for a swamp dip on a hot summer day, her herd in check and well cared-for, her baby nearby and all is right with the world.

This particular soap is made with Apricot Chamomile and it’s a lovely, subtle and very pleasant scent. I drink lots of chamomile tea and used to do facial steam baths with the tea. Apricots are one of my favorite fruits and the two blended together are perfect! Ever notice how fragrances are associated with lots of me pries? I have the misfortune of delicate skin as I grow older. Can’t do fragrant lotions, etc without breaking out. The Big Boss Charity swamp soap did not disappoint. Lathers up very well and the oils hydrate the skin and stays with you.
I love the apricot scent of the Big Boss Charity swamp soap. It’s a subtle but powerful, just like Charity the feral boss lady pig herself. The entire Odd Man Inn Swamp Soap line is fantastic. Each soap is named after a resident at the sanctuary, and the names of the soaps are adorable nods to those residents’ personalities. Sustainably sourced natural ingredients, smells wonderful, and lathers like a bubble bath in your shower.
