Very fragrant, a little pungent. This cheese does not fade in the background, perfect when you really want to taste it. I found it paired incredibly well with cranberry sauce!

The best vegan cheese I have eaten, I was absolutely stunning. It looks super pretty too (although I’ve melted it here, which certainly detracts from its usual prettiness) and is decorated with flower petals. Wonderful truffle taste, omg I haven’t got enough words to say how good it is. Best cheese!!
