Totally loved this! Internal texture for this blend of #kale and other vegetables is tasty,

soft and nutritious while the crust of #quinoa is thin and crispy! No oil as you can see from the pic (air-fried). No need any sauce even! Taste superb on its own!

These were really good! They reminded me of the Vegan Vegetable Burger patties I reviewed

not long ago. Crispy, crunchy outside with a nice, soft inside - quite good for a kale patty! #veganisnotscary 🍔 🥬

This kale and quinoa burger looks a little odd with the bumpy seeds, but it

tastes good. Quite green on the inside once you bite into it.

Thumbs up for the very green patty 🥦🥦 When air-fried the crust gets crispy while

the inside remains soft.
Also, for some reason the flavour of the crust reminded me of some chinese pastry..

Tastes nice & crispy on the outside and has mash potato + veggies on the

inside. I like this one better than the beets one. I didn't eat it in a burger, just as a side. #veganisnotscary
