Stone Oven baked Artisan flatbread

My sister had just ordered in a restaurant where we ate lunch a flatbread that came with tomatoes and sadly cheese. I mentioned that I could make that. Right after we had lunch, we stopped at Aldi and I found this flatbread for under $4 it seems like. The next day, my husband makes a breakfast flatbread using this bread, scrambled #justegg, threw on so peppers and mushrooms along with some vegan herb Parmesan that I found at #naturalgrocers in #fargo. I guarantee our flatbread was way better than what my sister had in that restaurant #granitecity. It was so, so good, but I will applaud #granitecity because they have the #impossibleburger which my husband and I have every time we eat there. This made for a perfect pizza crust. I made a plain cheese pizza for my niece and nephew and added some veggies and balsamic vinegar for my mom and me. Loved it. Wish I lived near an aldi so I could have more access to this bread!
