Stir-fry Rice Noodles

I love rice noodles! They are light and quick cooking! These by Thai Kitchen are amazing! Made my veggie noodle stir fry with plant 🌱 based chicken that much better! I’m not sure what I did wrong- I followed the cooking instructions and even left them in the water less than the package asked for to be safe, (did 8 min instead of 10) but they completely fell apart and turned to mush when I added them to my veggies🥴🫠 they just kept basically dissolving the more I tried to save it, they were so gross and slimey/ mushy we ended up having to throw out everything😬 if anyone has had better luck with this product please let me know! I was excited to try it

Learned to make pad thai — these are great for that recipe. And there are super recipes online from same provider.

Very happy with these noodles. Easy to make and delicious. I did find it difficult to seperate out portions from the packaging. I ended up resealing in a ziplock bag because I live alone and making the entire package at once would be too much!

My favourite rice noodles. Tastes amazing as stir-fry. I even used it to make ramen🍜👏🏼
