Does #mayo mean something else in Thailand? Just like when you ask for ketchup in Malaysia expecting to get industrialised poor nutrition patriot approved petrol guzzling American tomato sauce but instead get served #soysauce? 🤨 It’s just a regular ‘ol #chillisauce to me 🤷♀️ Except packaged in a nuisance #sriracha bottle with a sob nozzle. I believe #srirachamayo is actually a thing, though they typically lean more into the mayo part. As you can see, this isn’t opaque at all! Texture wise is interesting though, because it is quite gritty for something that looks like it does 🔍 I’m happy with how it tastes — A perfect balance of sweet & #spicy, though it really is mild 🌶️ I got this at NTUC & unless you’re actually looking for a milder, less sweet #thaichillisauce I’m not sure it’s going to be my strongest recommendation.
