Spicy Carrot And Red Lentil Soup (Canned)

This was marked as reduced to clear at Woolworths so I paid around R20🤷🏼‍♀️ There were a few other vegan ones too (mostly low calorie ones) so I just got a bunch and this was my favourite out of all of them.🌝 Overall I'd give this soup 4 out of 5 ⭐'s. My only criticism is that I just wish it was more chunky, but that's just my personal preference.🙈 I love canned soup just cos it so easy to cook at home or when camping 🏕️ & you don't need a can opener so it's just one less thing to pack 💃 Just open the tin lid a 1/4, put on the fire grid or next to the fire and watch it so it doesn't boil over, remove with braai tongs and put on ground for a minute or two to allow can to cool and it's ready to eat. 💯 easiest camping meal ever. 🏕️🏕️🏕️🏕️ #greyton

I really liked this soup :) very comforting with a warm spicy undertone. Will definitely get it again

Decent low cal product packed with flavour. It's not super spicy though, so if you're sensitive to that type of thing you'll still enhoy it. I love spice, but this is still good considering the convenience.
