Non hanno bisogno di presentazioni, come consistenza e sapore hanno poca concorrenza nella grande distribuzione, ricchi di cereali e poco dolci sono sfiziosi rimanendo "sani", da mangiare in semplicità oppure ottimi arricchiti di frutta fresca.
Per ora sono gli unici cereali che ho individuato vegani. Mi piacciono molto!
