Love these! They are great when made in the oven or air fried til crisp.
Makes a great meal or snack. These veggie burgers are crumbed potato patties with mixed veg.

Easy to make and I don't have it as a burger but rather as a
side snack because the size is pretty small for a bun. Mostly potato and some veggies in there.
