Sorghum Beet Puffs

Wow these are awesome! They are sweet but not too sweet, they have no added sugar so it’s great! They’re made out of sorghum and beet powder so they’re very healthy too 👌🏽

A little sweet (beets), a little savory (nooch), the crunch of a cheez doodle. These are so good! Definitely weird at first, and then you realize you've eaten half the bag.

So I have a degree in marketing but yet I'm still a sucker to buy vegan things with my name on it (Robert). These are very tasty and so easy to eat that I ate half of the bag right after opening! The next day I finished it off! On the nutritional label it says 3 and 1/2 servings but oh well... I was surprised because the only 'beet' thing about it was each Puff had sprinkled beet powder nutritional yeast on it. For taste, yes I would probably buy it again...ugh... control my senses!

Must confess that I didn't head into this with high hopes. I'd bought this very much just to log an extra review and say that "I've tried it". When I see a brand tout healthiness as flagrantly as this, I generally make the association with something boring and lacking in taste 😅 This was everything but that. Crunchy, cheesy (think #cheesepuffs with no cheese!), and all-round flavourful 😋 I had been unaware of #sorghum and diffident with #beetroot before this, but now I guess I know better 🙂

The texture is incredible and addicting. This goes so well with hummus 😇
