Solmon

A plant based smoked salmon made from seaweed. I was hesitant to try this as I was never a big fan of smoked salmon but I was curious. It was quite nice as I found the taste less overpowering than I remember. I had it in a sandwich was just missing the horseradish sauce. I liked it and would have again. I always appreciate companies who give options.

Smells like salmon, tastes like salmon. I have had others that have a slightly better texture, but great product. Really enjoyed it on bread. Would be great in a salad as well for example.

Premetto che non sono una fan dei sostituti, ogni tanto ci sta se proprio hai quella voglia che ti viene ti togli e sfizio e bon, ma sinceramente il salmone affumicato non penso si possa replicare. Questo vuole assomigliarci, ma a me non è piaciuto. Il gusto, la viscosità non mi hanno entusiasmato. Sul pane con la stracciatella della dream farm e una vagonata di limone era buono, se vuoi fare un aperitivo e portare qualcosa che ricordi si va bene, ma per me a casa non penso lo riacquisterei.
