Solal Vitamin 12 Methylcobalamin has been a new product that I've added to my daily routine. Since i stopped using the Neurobion. Which i used to treat my 12 Deficiency. So far its been about 2 weeks since i started using the Solal range. So far I've been impressed with my energy levels and better sleeping patterns. It took me sometime after my deficiency to get back to a normal sleeping routine. But im glad to say that this product has proven to be worth an investment. It comes in a 60 tablet container. Which to me was as i can use it over a 2 month period. So that's value for money to me. It was about R184.95 so it works out to R3.08 per day. Compared to the more expensive brands on the market. Since I'm a vegan, I have to take vitamin B12 supplements. I take Solal's sublingual B12. It's strawberry flavoured, which is a bonus! I have no problem with swallowing pills, but I can recommend this to anyone that does have a problem, because you simply let it melt under your tongue and it tastes quite good! Plus, it's certified vegan friendly! With a lot of other brands, I have to read the labels, or Google whether it's vegan friendly.
