🇨🇦Pretty great seitan strips! They simmered in the pan nicely and absorbed the spices weadded 👌 The texture was great, which worked well for homemade fajitas. Would certainly buy them again! Lots of good nutrients in this recipe, as a bonus! 🙂mermont70
