Churros

The best option to have churros in Malta is to buy them frozen from the

Spanish week in Lidl (or prepare them yourself...) They are not the best, but are ok and you can fry them properly in a decent oil.

Disappointing result due to shallow frying. I would suggest either deep frying or air frying

if you buy these. Even with rapeseed oil the room filled with smoke even with the extractor fan on.

Been on the lookout for some Churros for Dia de la Muertos this year, very

happy with this offering from Lidl so I'll stock up. Deep Fried is best for taste but not for health, but sprinkled with Cinnamon Sugar, who cares
