This makes a great bolognese . Soak for 1 hour then add to onion , peppers & garlic .stir in some blended tomatoes and simmer away . Texturised soy from ecocesta an organic range of products sold in Alcampo and Dia .has some also . I made a spaghetti boloñesa with half of this packed and it served 4 people . Great value and everyone loved it . Much prefer this fine textured one , less spongy than the cube one. Soak in water for an hour drain and add to your sauce .
