Granulare di soia, ottimo per ragù veg. Con la quantità nel sacchetto ci condisco la pasta per 3-4 persone e il resto lo congelo
Ci ho preparato un buon ragù, nonostante le indicazioni ho deciso di non bagnare il prodotto con il brodo (troppo sbatti 😂), l'ho unito così com'era al sugo e successivamente ho allungato con brodo (o acqua) e lasciato cuocere. Venuto perfetto ugualmente e buonissimo, farò sempre così!
Ottima questa soia con cui faccio ragù, ripieni e polpette. Ne ho assaggiate altre ma questa ha un gusto meno amaro delle altre
