I haven’t had these cookies in so long and now that I have them again I am wondering why. They are so good! These small cookies are pillowy soft and satisfying. They are lightly spiced but I actually like that in this cookie. These are relatively wholesome for a store-bought cookie; yes there is sugar but the ingredient list is pretty short and recognizable. These are lovely! I like soft cookies and these a very soft:) I appreciate that they are clearly labeled vegan on the front. Also clearly labeled #glutenfree. The taste is nice, you get the #cinnamon and spice without it being overwhelming. A perfect fall/holiday treat. Nutritionally these are not impressive. 130 calories for 2 cookies. 7g added sugar, essentially no protein, and 1g of fiber. I kinda hate this type of packaging where there's a plastic tray inside of a plastic bag. Just annoying to open every time.
