Smoked

I like it... The taste of smoked is intense... For me is better let it melt... The taste is good also if you leave like it is, but the texture is not the best is too hard.... But in general is a good product!

A mio personalissimo parere il sapore da crudo è abbastanza buono, anche se tende a sgretolarsi. Il massimo del suo potenziale lo raggiunge quando viene riscaldato perché, anche se non fila propriamente, comunque si scioglie bene ed è cremosissimo e molto gustoso! Approvatissimo!

Il solito problema di qualsiasi prodotto simil formaggio, Non si scioglie o perlomeno non fila. Il gusto però compensa questa mancanza e dentro ad una piadina, un panino o una torta salata l'accelerata di sapore la dà decisamente.

This product is very special because it offers all the flavor you look for in a cheese. Actually the taste is even better comparing to some other animal-based cheeses. I’ve been buying it for quite a while all the time I want to give a plus in my sandwich or meals.

Tried it out on a salad sandwich was OK. Must try to see how it melts. Not a huge fan of smoked cheese but would buy again.
