Smart Ground Meatless Mexican Crumbles

Damn! Lightlife did it again. As a Mexican I have to say that this is DELICIOUS. It tastes like Mexico! And plant-based? Unbelievable. I decided to have a burrito -which is not very Mexican, haha- with some beans, onions and green sauce. My roommate was hangover one night (she’s not a vegan) but she stole my left-overs and the next day told me she really enjoyed them. No excuses anymore! People are ready to quit meat, they just need the chance to try THIS!! 💚

This meatless Mexican crumbles taste GREAT. As a Mexican I know about these flavours, so believe me! I had my doubts at first but gladly they surprised me. I was in NorCal, so “When in Rome…” I made a burrito. 😅 Lucky me I found some Mexican style beans and voilà. This was my last supper before coming home and it was worthy. Actually kind of sad we don’t have this product in Mexico City, 😕

Gotta love 💛 tostada tuesdays!! Yes please, more please and thank you!! Lightlife smart ground Mexican style crumbles are the perfect #lazyvegan quick heat and eat meal!! Seasoned perfectly, I mixed these crumbles with 365 Whole Foods Marketblack beans and airfryed on 375 for about 10 minutes stirring once 1/2 way through. Spread some unsweetened @kitehill plain yogurt (when out of sour cream) then the grounds, some shredded lettuce, homemade pico de gallo, avocado 🥑 slices and a drizzle of your favorite salsa!! So so good! This would be great in meal prep burritos and on nachos!! Gotta try that next!! Yum yum 😋!! #lowinfat and great source of #protein!! Me gusto, sin embargo es demasiado caro y el sabor se puede lograr con soya natural sazonada. Lo compré en promoción así que no no volvería a comprarlo. Pero si recomiendo que la prueben :)
