Southwest Taco Simmer Sauce

Awesome! The sauce itself is vegan and I used it to make a type of

sofritas with tofu and impossible sausage and tons of veggies. So easy, too! #uplandspeak

Flavorful and nutritious! Made hard tacos for lunch today. Easy and satisfying!

This simmer sauce was a random find for me. I ended up using it on

some veggies with cubed tofu and it was great. Good flavour/spicing. Definitely could be used in a variety of different ways.
