Per me molto difficile da maneggiare (a partire all'estrazione dalla scatola), i panetti si rompono facilmente. €2,40 all'iper Orvea, non male per essere un prodotto particolare e di questa marca.

Tofu molto particolare, io l'avrei definito vellutato e basta ma a quanto pare c'è anche la versione più liscia e morbida, che proverò. L'ho usato per fare una cremina per la pasta, ha la consistenza della panna cotta e una volta frullato diventa liscissimo e cremoso. Preso al supermarket etnico a 2,40€ (Angkor Superstore a Brescia)
