Original almond and cashew

I would buy this milk again. It’s soy free and high in protein, pea protein. I use it for oatmeal, cooking, and it goes great with a sammy. I highly recommend.

We love love this bcz its super low in sugar and super high in protein compared to other almond milks. Its also thick and delicious!!!

I thought it was good too. I found that it curdled badly in my coffee. But I think it might be the coffee I just got as a gift. Did you experience that?

No, no curdling for me, but I used instant coffee so perhaps it was less sour? Good to know that it’s prone to curling though, I hate that. 

That’s good you didn’t have that happen. I think the coffee I have now may be more acidic and causing it, not sure.

I found out if you heat up the milk a little (not too hot) and then pour the coffee slowly into the milk while stirring it helps to avoid curdling! non dairy milks often curdle in coffee with the sudden change in acidity and temperature, so slowly mixing the coffee into the milk helps!

Thanks! I’ll give that a try next time. The Silk organic unsweetened (that I usually buy) never curdles on me. So I had forgotten about it.

you’re welcome! I’ve noticed that almond and cashew milk by themselves work fine, oat milk is the one that curdles easily haha

Contains pea protein, almonds and cashews among other things. I am not a huge fan of almond or cashew milk so while mixing them was an improvement, I still prefer others. It’s quite creamy and just the right consistency for coffee. Got it at Pavilions.
