This was okay but there are better vegan cheeses in my opinion. This had a bit of an odd taste and it had the similar stickiness that is all too common in vegan cheeses. It melted okay in the microwave but it just dehydrated in my toaster oven.
This is the first plant-based mozzarella that I have really enjoyed. I used it on homemade pizza the other day and it was great! Here's a dash sprinkled over pasta with a vegan Alfredo based sauce.
