Buona sia la consistenza che il sapore... Unica pecca è il fatto che la confezione racchiude una sola porzione
Purtroppo l'unica marca che trovo nel mio supermercato. Non sono una grande amante sel seitan, questo ha comunque un sapore abbastanza neutro. L'ho utilizzato per fare un ragù vegetale, in linea generale comunque cuoce velocemente (come riportato, 3 minuti in padella)
