For these healthy pancakes I used:

- 1/2 cup Rude Health unsweetened Almond Milk
-

1 1/2 cups Rude Health Porridge Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs / egg replacement
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- olive oil / coconut oil for cooking

Throw all in a blender for 1 min. 🙌🏼

I drink almond milk almost every day in my smoothies and I like trying different

brands. I was really happy with this one. It’s not too thick but still very creamy. My nephew who is 3 loved it and drank 2 big glasses of it. It smells yum too!

The rice makes it naturally sweet. I love to make hot chocolate with 2 teaspoons

of cacaopowder, 1 or 2 teaspoons of agavesyrup and a drop of almond extract to enhance the almond flavour. Nice for porridge and smoothies as well. Quite pricey though. #nonasties #organic #mylk
