Fiocchi d'avena per fare il porridge. Il porridge cuoce in 5 minuti e si può fare anche al microonde, viene bello cremoso! Li ho trovati in un negozio etnico, non proprio economici, ma la confezione è da 1 Kg quindi dura parecchio.
