This is the vegan version of the classic tomato and feta pasta you can get in lots of supermarkets, which is great to see! The “feta” was a really good replica, nice and tangy, had a definite coconut taste though which I like but I know some don’t! However, I feel the pasta itself could have been more tomatoey and there could have been more veg too! 🍅 🫑 🧅 I also prefer it when they give the traffic light on the front rather than the nutrition information on the back because I can’t decipher it 😅


I did a double take when I saw this on the shelf in M&S as my first thought was that the plant kitchen range had started incorporating dairy products! The feta in this recipe is incredibly realistic in terms of texture and appearance, however taste wise it is very mild and lacks the ‘tang’ of traditional feta. Overall a nice lunch option and a good portion size. At 462 calories a portion, it’s good to have a lighter pasta option a available in comparison to the no chicken no bacon pasta salad.
