This wasn’t bad! The flavor is good and it f you follow the directions (using

vegan milk and butter - not water), the texture is good too. There was more packaging than I anticipated. The uncooked pasta was also bagged separately, which was good for freshness, I’m sure, but not great fur the environment.

I love this mac n cheese! Great alternative! Dairy free vegan! Bought at a

local co-op..Great fine and easy to make for lunch or dinner. High recommend.
