First trip to Trader Joe’s and I think this Rainbow Wrap is my fave find! I threw it in the cart for the vibrant colors (obvi) but the flavors are equally as amazing ~ chunks of roasted sweet potato, crunchy spinach, shreds of beet, chickpeas, and glorious curried hummus all inside a beautiful beet-pink wrap. Everything combines together to create such a fresh, cool wrap perfect for warmer weather! 🌈🥬🍠🌯

The most colorful wrap I’ve had! Unique flavors, I love the humus, chickpeas and sweet potatoes. The purple tortilla is fun too. The beet shreds were a little dry, but the humus kept the whole wrap from being dry. Filling and made a great part of my lunch. I would buy again! Swipe for nutrition info

Interesting ingredients, but the mix of flavors is pretty strange. I really liked the sweet potato but the spinach was very bitter. I could not eat it cold (at least not in wintertime) so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Price was $4.99 at Trader Joe’s. The whole package is 620 calories, but it is pretty filling, so I just had half of the wrap for dinner and the rest for breakfast the next day.
I’m on somewhat of a health kick, which can be tough to maintain while traveling. This wrap is high in calories but it is hearty with great flavor with healthy calories from sweet potato, chickpeas and hummus. I would recommend this especially if you like curry! #veganisnotscary
