Sweet chilli mini fillets

Very soft meaty taste. :) Super cool, just shame these products are a little pricy.

But addictive on its own.

These are way softer in texture than actual chicken, but I’m not so picky about

that. Bigger issues for me are the lack of spicy heat & the small portion for the price. #veganchicken #quorn

These are ready to eat, but we charred them up a bit in the frying

pan to make them more fun. The texture is extremely soft, which was weird at first but the chilli coating is nice enough to compensate for it. Had them in a salad with a strong lemon/olive oil dressing and the flavours went together really well and probably made them a bit nicer. Marked vegan.

I made some delicious for wraps with these mini fillets!
