Soft patty with a crispy thin crust. This looked very much like the kale-quinoa patty from Strong Roots (which I had reviewed previously) but I would say this is a better version with a lighter crust.
Es demasiado rica 😍 la verdad no sé cuánto costó ni dónde encontrarla porque me la regalaron pero es totalmente recomendable, es compacta, no se desarma al cocinarla y se puede acompañar con todo lo que se les ocurra 😍 no es seca como la mayoría de las hamburguesas veganas, así que 10/10 💜
