not the biggest Queso gal but this Kite Hill Medium kind was perfect for nachos! it's made with almondmilk and is the perfect thick dipping / drizzling texture cold or hot.. the spice level is very tolerable too. 🌶️🧀

I was so excited to try this product and it did not disappoint! It was a little spicy, melted well and delicious, I made a taco bowl and used this a dip So good, the only negative is that it really has to be heated. In the package it is quite hard and you cannnot really dip a chip in it . But heated up it is fire 🔥 I
