Plant Based Cheesy Cauliflower Pies

This does indeed have a slight cheesy flavour! And chunks of cauliflower. Though the filling is probably more watery and starched-up than the pie of my dreams, haha. Still a decent vegan pie option at Coles (well, one of two options atm). #pie #cauliflower

Honestly not as bad as I was fearing; I tend not to get on well with anything that claims to be #cheesy, but the flavour in this #frozen #pie was very much under control 🙂 The #cauliflower provided excellent tenderness and volume, while the pie crust was as delicious as I remembered it from the leek and onion flavour I'd bought before 😋 It does require 40-45 minutes in the oven from frozen, so not perfect if you're absolutely starving or on a short timeline, but still a worthy #lazyvegan option 😛 My one complaint would be that the paper box wasn't sealed properly, and little crumbs kept falling out through the cracks ☹️
