Plant-Bades sea Style Sticks

Uno spettacolo, sembrano i famosi bastoncini di pesce! Eccezionali, consistenza ottima e sanno di pesce. Assolutamente super consigliati!

This was a very nice find the frozen aisle at Migros. These sticks resemble the cod ones that you can find from many other brand, but of course they are plant based! The flavor has a hint of sea-taste however it’s nothing too similar to fish, which would probably gross me out. The filling is a white mixture of bread crumbs and soy and it has a nice soft consistency that nicely contrasts the crunchy outside. One of the things I appreciated the most about these sticks is that they have a great nutriscore (A), making them a healthy and nutritious option and not just a tasty treat. Price wise this product was not cheap, but it’s definitely worth trying! Trovati in Svizzera, li ho presi per curiosità sperando non sapessero troppo di “mare” perché non è un sapore che amo particolarmente. Per fortuna il sapore è molto delicato, fatti in forno senza aggiungere altro sono molto croccanti!
