Pesto di pistacchio delizioso. Lo consiglio come condimento per la pasta con l’aggiunta di tofu affumicato
Buonissimo, gustoso, sano e un'ottima occasione per mangiare più frutta secca
Mi ha un po' deluso sia per consistenza (aveva granuli durissimi come se fossero stati macinati i gusci ed era pastoso) che per il sapore un po' pesante
