It's good but i prefer the Cheddah version better ! Or maybe it's of the expiration date , i'm not sure .
I’ll never let go, (Pepper) Jack! It’s so hard to find great vegan pepper jack cheese, so I was very excited to try and buy this one at #planted expo. It’s a soft cheese, and I do prefer a harder texture, but the flavours are on point and there’s the perfect amount of spice to it.
These guys know how to make excellent and flavourful plant-based cheese! The jalapeños and chilies give the taste a bit of a kick. I just wish it was a tad cheaper. According to the company’s website: “Pepper your palate with something new! Introducing mild Monterey Jack style cheese that’s kicked up a notch with jalapenos and ancho chilies. Its smooth, creamy texture is perfect for h’ordeuvres or a plant-based queso dip, and that extra zing of heat sets this cheese apart. Spread on crackers with cherry tomatoes. Smooth and spicy!
