"Peanut butter", che burro non è, 100% arachidi biologiche di agricoltura non UE. Buono il profumo all'apertura del barattolo, consistenza un po' farinosa. Come per tutti prodotti simili, la parte d'olio che si raccoglie in superficie va amalgamata alla parte più consistente del prodotto. Oppure si può riciclare con gli oli vegetali e tenersi un prodotto più concentrato e duretto ma forse un po' meno calorico, come faccio io. Perché è difficile non trovare buona una crema d'arachidi 😉!! E quindi abbondare.
