Il sapore non è neutro, ma, secondo me, tende un pochino troppo al dolce. L'ho utilizzata per condire gli gnocchi, assieme alla salsa di pomodoro e non mi è piaciuta. Tuttavia una piccola quantità nel risotto ai porcini ha dato la giusta mantecatura.
