Elite Pro Protein Vanilla

This was neither disappointing nor impressive — just fine. Vanilla is, well, #vanilla, for better

or worse: it goes down easily but isn’t especially memorable. This shake has a monstrous 32g of pea- and pumpkin-derived #protein, yet it’s a smooth and rather thin liquid; thankfully, it’s not thick or chunky as I feared.

To achieve 0g added sugars, OWYN turns to monk fruit; it does taste artificially sweetened, but not so much that it’s sickening. The shake is allergy-friendly (#glutenfree, #soyfree, etc.) and they routinely test their products for top 9 allergens.

While the flavor was nothing special, I’m sure the major selling points of a) 32g protein and b) 0g sugar will make this drink very lucrative to certain vegans looking to meet fitness goals. For me, it was cool to try, but probably not something I’d repurchase. Another gift from my brother, not sure how much he paid, but I’m seeing them for around $4/bottle online.

I tried the chocolate flavor of this product so wanted to try the vanilla even

tho I am a person who loves chocolate.

I am hesitant to try new protein products due to having some that did not taste good. This product is surprisingly good. I do recommend it and will use it again in the future.

It's very sweet and thick. Convenient on the go. 200 calories and 32g protein!

I didn’t care for this vanilla protein shake. The packaging is convenient and easy to

transport or pack in a lunch so if you like the vanilla flavor it’s a great option. I like other OWYN products. #dentalandlentils

I’m not a smoothie or protein drink person as I never feel satiated after I

consume them, no matter how nutritionally dense they are. That being said, I had purchased this while back for a day I knew I’d be traveling on.

The amount of protein in this drink is pretty amazing. The flavor is okay but it did have a bit of that sugar substitute sickly flavor.

This is not a product I’d purchase often as 1) it’s not something I’d often need or choose and 2) it’s a bit expensive as a stand-alone product (perhaps more affordable in a pack?) but I do think it’s a quality product that is helpful if needed.
