These were nice! I can’t really tell the difference in quality as I haven’t tried many tempeh but at least I liked it 🤣 Would be nice to try authentic Indonesian recipes when I have time! So far I just marinate and cook it, then slap it in sandwiches which still does work wonderfully.

Glad to find this Plant Power Tempeh from Sainsbury. It was quick to cook, took about 10 minutes and very soft and mixed well with stringless beans. It would easily come for 2-3 servings for 200gm with a family of 4 when cooked with any other vegetables! Unlike other brands i used earlier this was pure organic and tasted better, this would be regular buy from now on ! Sustainable packing with catchy green colour really represents the plant power ! If you are looking for recipe for the curry (last picture). Onion, garlic, ginger, mustard, Jeera, turmeric, extra virgin olive oil, pea nut butter, tahini, Tempeh, almond flakes, walnut, chia seeds, grated coconut.
The product is highly nutritious and fulfilling and could be used in several recipes. One that I reccomend is Tempeh Khao Soi
